Importance of Training

As part of Customer Service System (CSS), Data Gathering project is usualy lauched to enhance the data being uploaded in CSS.

Training of surveryors is key element to successful Data Gathering. One should sometime underestimate this task during DG Project. But proper planning should be put before hand to ensure the training will run smooth.

Requirements for training should be prepared in details. It usually deals with proper training room with accomodations, enough training materials, system with pre-loaded data, and other facitilities.

Trainer should not underestimate the training topics. He should be prepared with the training scenario and make sure alll the scenarios data can be found in the system to avoid finding data during the training.
